What are the differences between 2D, 3D, 4D and 5D/HD?

2D Scan - Black and white standard images

3D - Visual depth of three-dimension

4D - It is 3D/HD in live action (video of baby's movement in 3D/HD)

5D/HD - High-definition with life-like colourisation. Commonly known as 5D or Luminescent.
Unlike other ultrasound studios, we do not charge extra for this service.

Heartbeat Package
(2D scan)

Inclusions:

2D ultrasound only.
Listen and observe baby’s heart rate.
1x black and white thermal print.
No gender determination.
Please ensure you are >8 weeks with a previous dating scan.

Glimpse Package
(2D/3D scan)

$90

Includes Everything in Heartbeat Package +

10 minute ultrasound.
2 additional black and white thermal prints (3 total).
1x 3D snapshot (preferrably 13 weeks and above)
Optional gender determination from 16 weeks onwards. Accuracy depends on baby’s position, <25 weeks preferred.
30 - 60 second video recording.
All digital images & videos shared via Dropbox.

Moments Package
(3D/4D/5D/HD scan)

Includes Everything in Glimpse Package +

15-20 minute 3D/4D ultrasound in HD quality.
2 additional black and white thermal prints (5 total).
2 additional glossy, premium quality, colour prints (4”x6”) (3 total).
30 - 60 second high definition video recording.
All digital images & videos shared via Dropbox.

Remarkable Package
(3D/4D/5D/HD scan)

Includes Everything in Moments Package +

25-30 minute 3D/4D ultrasound in HD quality.
5 additional black and white thermal prints (10 total).
4 additional glossy, premium quality, colour prints (4”x6”)

Recording of whole session.

Growth Package

Recommended to be 3-7 weeks apart from 13 weeks onwards.

After-hours Premium

$30 Premium per session during after-hours (Mon-Fri 5:30pm – 8:30pm).

$80 Premium for Growth Package after-hours (Mon-Fri 5:30pm – 8:30pm).
Best time for vibes and social media photos.

Add Ons

$20 for a video recording of the whole ultrasound session. (Please let us know at the beginning of a session)
$20 for 10x black and white printed images.
$5 for each additional premium quality, coloured prints.

Please read before booking an appointment with us

We are strictly non-medical and our scans DO NOT replace any medical ultrasounds (e.g. dating scan, nuchal translucency, morphology or growth scans).
Be ensure a formal dating scan has been attended to confirm dates. Reassurance scans can be from 8 weeks, whereas 3D/4D scan can be from 13 weeks.

Scanning is available at any stage, with the best quality photos at 23-34 weeks.
Gender scans are recommended from approximately 16 weeks, as it is inaccurate below this stage. Baby's position also effects the accuracy.
